Cookie Policy — bookto platform

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) when you visit. They help the website keep you logged in and remember your session. Some cookies are essential for the website to function; others are used for analytics and require your consent.

2. Who places cookies on this website

ianka fleerackers Comm. V. (hereafter "we", "us", or "our") is a Belgian limited partnership (commanditaire vennootschap) with registered offices at Nieuwstraat 84, 2880 Bornem, Belgium, and enterprise / VAT number BE 0824.677.865.

This cookie policy applies to the bookto platform: the merchant dashboard at app.bookto.eu and the tool subdomains checkout.bookto.eu, audit.bookto.eu, and booking.bookto.eu. The platform is an application for registered merchants and the pages they share with their customers. It is not a public marketing site — no analytics or tracking cookies are used.

3. Cookies we use

3.1. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the application to function. They cannot be switched off and no consent is required for them under article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and the Belgian Act of 13 June 2005 on Electronic Communications.

Cookie name	Provider	Purpose	Duration
sb-*-auth-token	Supabase	Authentication session — keeps merchants logged in to their dashboard	Session / 1 year
sb-*-auth-token-code-verifier	Supabase	PKCE code verifier for secure magic link login	Session

3.2. Analytics cookies

We do not use analytics cookies on the bookto platform. No data is sent to Google Analytics or any other analytics provider from within the application.

3.3. Marketing cookies

We do not use marketing cookies on the bookto platform.

4. No cookie banner

Because the bookto platform only uses strictly necessary cookies, no cookie consent banner is shown. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under applicable law. If you arrived here from bookto.eu, your consent preferences for that domain are stored separately and do not apply here.

5. How to manage cookies in your browser

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in to your dashboard.

Instructions for the most common browsers:

• Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
• Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
• Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
• Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this cookie policy when we add or remove cookies, or when legislation changes. The version number and date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.

7. More information

For more details about how we process personal data, see our Privacy Policy. For questions about this cookie policy, contact us at legal@bookto.eu in English or Dutch.
